PhD position: Gene Transfer in Human Organoid Cultures for Non-Invasive Imaging of Biological Processes

We are searching for a PhD student to work in this interdisciplinary project. Your tasks would include:

• test efficiency of viral vectors across multiple cellular systems (gut organoids, endometrial organoids,brain spheroids) to deliver expression constructs (e.g. reporter constructs,crispr/sgRNA)
• test efficiency of various matrices to grow variousorganoid like structures and to deliver viral vectors and nanoparticles
